RELAX -Calm the mind after a hard days work, relieve stress from your mind and body with this ocean scene and sound of the sea. As you watch this video concentrate on the gentle waves as they flow back and forth, allow your tensions to fall away from you into the water, watch them drift out to sea being carried away from you far out into the ocean. Anyone who is using alternative therapy as part of an holistic healing program will find this helpful. The healing power of these soothing sounds can be used with healing meditation. Sit in a comfortable position if you want to use this video as an aid to relax, as you watch the waves lapping back and forth feel your tensions leave your body.
